Your internal and external IPs are in the same subnet.
Two choices:
1. change one of them to 172.17.x.x
2. change the netmask to 255.255.255.0

  Here's my routing table

  http://www.virtualpublic.com/table.txt

I am trying to sit at 172.16.10.53 and ping 172.16.11.50, or via versa. You
see anything wrong or missing?
