got the book, got the tutorial, but I still dont get it!!!

Used the wonderful Shinder ISA Server book for Gateway to Gateway ISA VPN.

Used Tutorial: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/articles.asp?art=5

I need to create a fully functional WAN, and I'm only getting half way there. 
After completing the wizards verbatim, I can ping devices on each network, 
but only from the ISA Servers themselves. For example:

Local Client - - Local ISA Server ----------- Remote ISA Server - - Remote 
Client

From Local ISA Server, I can ping Remote ISA Server and Remote Client. But, 
fromt Local Client, I can not ping Remote ISA Server and Remote Client.

From Remote ISA Server, I can ping Local ISA Server, and Local Client. From 
Remote Client, I can not ping Local Client or Local ISA Server..

Hope that makes sense. Please tell me what I'm missing!!!!
