getting error down the page of yahoo mail

Hi everyone:
I recently have a problem with some of my proxy clients.Those proxy
clients that have some limitations got error down their yahoo mails and so
they can't delete their mails!but those proxy clients that don't have any
limitation don't have any problem.
The limitations are:
1.they are denied from ftp & telnet
2.they are denief from audio,video,application & compresed files from
content type.
I had these clients with these rules befor but I didn't have this problem.
Now pleaase help me.
