You are trying to publish from ( what ... isa server, or workstation on a dial
up ?) Where is the hosted web site on the SBS server with the ISA firewall out
front ?

The folder ftp://xxxx is read-only because the proxy server is not set up to
allow full access. This is an ISA server on SBS. I cannot see where this s
