Dear Joel,
In our company policy, most users only permit ftp through ISA (web browser).
They cannot directly ftp to outside server.
But, I already tested on my unlimited PC. It is ok to see the dialog box on
IE and I use command mode to test it even.
It is quite stranger only for those authenticated FTP site. But, it is
normal for the other site, such as ftp://ftp.redhat.com.
