Try using standard FTP from command line, are you able to login?

Discard using IE for ftp, try a standard ftp program and see
what results you get.

Dear Joel

Thanks!

But I though ISA to access FTP. I can go to other ftp site. So, it is not
related to connection issue. I think it should be authenication issue. So,
how to solve it? Could you help me? I even can't see the logon dialog box on
ftp server.

Thanks!
