The certificate being offered by the ISA was issued by Equifax; not GeoTrust.
Specifically, it's issued by "Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1".

I don't think it is ISA related because the annoying message is gone when
people go to internet explorer when checking emails and also palm 700p started
working after removing the personal one and using the commercial one.
Would you mind me contacting you list for user name password? I can make you an
account :)

BTW, unless you create an account for me, I'll never see the ISA error for the
certificate.

That is what I mean. I imported the issued cert from geotrust to it. You can
take a look at cert here if you don't mind. Maybe something comes around in
your mind https://mail.bossaudio.com/exchange

Adding the server cert to the trusted roots ain't gonna cut it.
You need the issuing CA cert in the trusted root store.

Hmm,
I have the cert exported and transferred to phone. Used add cert tool and it
added the cert to trusted root opposed to my personal made which was going to
personal ssl folder. Restarted the device but damn thing still complains.
Maybe I find a way by weekend. Thanks everyone for comments

You assume that just because you can buy a cert from someone that they
automatically appear in the trusted root store of any device.
This just ain't so for WM devices; memory constraints dictate cutting lots of
things short; especially if you get one of the "lesser-know"
cert houses.

But I think that was the whole point of buying commercial cert instead of
personal ones so don't have to go through this

With WM-5 you can use activesync 4.1 to copy it to the PPC and execute the file
which will install it to the root store.

Greetings,

Couple days ago we got a plam device and I was trying to get active sync work.
Long story short, I bought a certificate from geotrust and palm worked like a
charm. Now the problem is windows device are complaining about cert with error
code I mentioned. Has anyone else faced this?
Isn't geotrust supposed to be in trusted list already on device?
Appreciated
