Is this the only company you cant receive e-mail from or is it all
e-mails. Also is this an upgrade from proxy 2.0 or a clean ISA install.

We have a small simple network where I work, but we're running into some
problems. We've never had problems receiving e-mail from anyone before,
but for some reason, now we cannot receive e-mail from a certain
customer.
We've been working on the problem for nearly two weeks, and the only
thing
we know for sure is that the problem is related to the ISA server. We
can
take the ISA server out of the equation and receive e-mail with no
problem. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to what the
problem
might be, or where to start?
