download security and sypware

Hello
Does anyone know if GFI download security scans for spy ware too? Or do you
know any software which does such a thing? I mean anything which is not
considered to be a virus but is a headache. Like those extra toolbars and
basically whatever spybot detect as a problem. Would be nice if I can stop
them at gateway
