This error says that the client failed to authenticate to the proxy
server, one way to allow access through ISA is by the IP address of the
client machine by a utilizing a client address set.

My protocol rule allows all ip traffice
so there is no question abt allowing anything
If hotmail account is used in outlook it configures
itself ....
