dial up failor

hi all
I have an ISA with Securnat clients. I set a dial up entry as a primery
route so when a use request a web page ISA dials to internet.after many
days good working one day when users request web page in internet explorer
they see dial up failor Administrator must manualy dial internet...
but when I refer to ISA I see that with the first request ISA dials to
internet correctly but user yet see dial up failor ..manualy....
please help me.
