It is on a local network. Server is dual xeon with 2 gb ram. Believe it
or not, after I added this manually to system policy my remote desktop
logging in much faster than before. Maybe it has to do something with
group policy with line speed matters.

ICMP is only important if you have multiple sites separated by slow
links.
It enables domain machines to determine latency. 
If you have a fast network (i.e., no WLAN or MLAN separated by slow
links), it's a non-issue for the most part.

Hello everyone,

There is something on my server that doesn't sound right. I can't ping
the ISA machine from internal network neither from controllers but it
works the other way. I think icmp is a big deal between domain
controllers and clients. Would someone confirm if that has to be set to
enable?
