There's this great 'Open Port' button, you know..

But seriously, look at the various documents on the isaserver.org website,
you should be able to locate the exact procedure for this in a minute..

Regards,

Paul

yahoo support

There are a few reasons you might receive this error message. Please
make sure you are using the "No Proxies" connection setting. To select
this setting:

1. Click on the "Login" menu in the Yahoo! Messenger window and select
"Preferences."

2. Select the "Connection" category.

3. Enable the "No Proxies" option.

4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.

5. Close Messenger completely and start the program again. This should
eliminate the error message.

Please Note: If you are unable to connect using the "No Proxies"
option, please reverse your changes.

Are you behind a firewall? Your firewall must permit outgoing TCP
connections on port 5100. Please make the following changes to your
firewall
:

Protocol: TCP
Server: webcam.yahoo.com
Port: 5100

Most Internet service providers (ISPs) don't have firewalls or proxies,
but you should contact your network administrator or ISP for accurate
information.

Windows XP: You may be running XP's built-in Internet Connection
Firewall (ICF) without your knowledge. Please visit the following URL
