continuous errors in the log...

i installed ISA (stand alone)server in the windows2000 server
successfully. the server has two network interfaces, 192.168.0.0 is our
network address and 192.168.0.5 is assigned to one interface and
202.62.84.252 public ip is assigned to another interface and running ISA
server. more than 50 users are connected to this ISA server without any
problem but i am getting error message that application log is full. the
following is the error message generating continuously.....



1).       

 The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter 205.188.165.121.
This event occurs when there is a conflict between the Local Address Table
(LAT) configuration and the Windows 2000 routing table. Check the routing
table and the LAT to find the source of the conflict.

2).
The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter 216.136.172.222.
This event occurs when there is a conflict between the Local Address Table
(LAT) configuration and the Windows 2000 routing table. Check the routing
table and the LAT to find the source of the conflict.
