conncting to Notes server via vpn client over isa 2000

Hi!
I want to connect to our vpn server in aberdeen.
this server is connected to internet via pix.
I install cisco vpn client (4.0.4) on my machine.
I am connected to our lan and I try to connect to vpn server via Two back
to back Firewall ISA 2000.
Error message: reason 412 the remote poste do not responding.
