configuration ISA with 2 NIC Cards

Hi All !
Please send me how to configure ISA Server with 2 NIC Cards with the noted
below scanerio.
1) How to configre ISA 2 different Sites & Content Rules and Protocols ruls for
2 different NIC Cards both entire different rules are apply on sperate cards.
2) How to configure DHCP Server for 1 NIC and for other NIC create static ip
based network.
