communication between ISA server

Who has the experience on communication between ISA server? I have an oracle
server inside firewall and a client outside firewall, it seems that only
internal machine can access external resource through ISA server, the oracle
client cannot access oracle server? Any one can give me a hand? They are all
based on windows2000.
