clients outlook behind ISA server

hello to everyone
just a simple request
i tested a config as described below :
central site with bo2000 mutiserver (3 2000 servers and ISA alone)
adsl router and fixed outside IP domain DOMAIN
distant site with some win2000pro workgroup DOMAIN
adsl modem on a second NIC on one of these clients
wingate with NAT
any machine can open a VPN connexion to the domain DOMAIN, open TSE
session and get outlook
if i dont open TSE session I cannot open OUTLOOK
pleas let me know what I have to create on ISA to let the clients open
OUTLOOK
OWA is working but slow !!!
