can't get to https port 7443

Our business mgr. uses www.mbia.com. She can get there but when she goes
to client connection to put in her name and password our ISA won't let
her. I spoke with their tech and he said that he thinks the proxy is
changing the port number 7443 back to the standard 443 for https. Any
suggestions on how to let her through to this secure site.
