cannot delete dial-up entry - URGENT !!

Hi,
i am having problem migrating to ISA 2004.
i have a dial-up entry in ISA 2000 which cannot be deleted. I am using
ISA2Kexport.exe utiilty. the wizard runs successfully.
when i try to import .xml file in my new ISA 2004 server. the import
fails. It says that the dial-up entry cannot be created etc etc.
I am stuck now. Is there any workaround for this issue.
Urgent help needed please.
