can not ping!

Hello,
I need some help!
My network configuration is very simple: an ISA with 2 NICs, between an
internal network and the chaos (the INTERNET)!
From a WS in my internal network I can ping only the external NIC (the north),
but not an external address! ( I used allways ip address not names!).
But from the server, the ping with outside world is working!
