can I block ping from my private network???

hi! I was wondering if I could just block ping from my private network
(192.168.x.x). Have been trying it out but failed. This is just to test
to see if isa can do it or not and am not going to keep it that way!!
What I basically want to do is block ping so that no body from my office
can ping the server which is running the domain controller + exchange
server + isa server.
