Hi,
Is it possible that the cache for the web server is actually the one
being cached making it appear that
The ISA cache is not expiring? You might want to check the pages on
your web site and see what
The content-expires date is set to.

Subject: [isalist] cache returning over-expired objects

http://www.ISAserver.org

hello all,
i have configured the isa http cache to cache all, and return any
version of the object and if none exists, to return from the internet.
this works out quite well as i have to make minimal calls to the
internet for a lot of pages. the problem is that the pages refuse to
expire in the cache. i dont mind returning only cached pages if i can
return at least something that is fresh for up to 3 hours. right now,
the cache is returning pages that are up to 3days old. it doesnt even
try to retrieve valid pages anymore. any help on configuring the cache
to expire these pages after a specified time will be appreciated. thanks
in anticipation.

latex.
