Guys this should do what you want:

Extracted from ISA_CDROM:\ISA30\SUPPORT\README.HTM - support document:
"Run CacheDir.exe to view the real-time cache contents
You can also use the Cache Directory Tool to mark content in the cache
obsolete. ISA Server does not return content in the cache that is marked
as obsolete. 
Note that although the tool marks an object obsolete, the object may
actually still reside in the ISA Server cache. In this case, it will
still appear in the Cache Directory Tool, although ISA Server will not
retrieve it from the cache upon a client request."
