Hi Jim,
I got a private fix on February 2006, 17 and reported back to PSS on
February 2006, 21 that the fix was indeed solving the Direct Access problem.
The case was logged at EMEA number SRZ060208002618 and the engineer handling
the case was Eric Detoc. The correction was to specify URL's instead of
FQDN's and in that case not checking the IP's (w3filter.dll version
4.0.2165.600).
So, are they working on yet another solution?
