Where are you trying to connect from, internal, Internet, ISA itself?
Can you go any where on the Internet from that same location?

If I use name domain : http://server domain/exchange/user ( PROBLEM )
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer
what happened with ISA and exchange.
