What are the entries in the Destination Set that you're using to block
the msn and hotmail sites?

Hi all
 
this is a fresher in ISA group... 
 
According to our Management policy I had  installed the ISA and bloked
some public mail sites through Site and content Rules, I also succeed in
it but the problem is I cannot block the www.msn.com and hotmails site
which are in also included in the same rule....... I had deleted and
recreated the rule then also i cannot succeed........
 
Please anybody help me............
