Further to it, I'm getting authentication window, not from ISA or Win2k DC, but from the site I'm downloading the file, eg. download.com I tried basic, digest and integrated respectively and none did fix the trouble. Thank you. I've implemented Win2K domain authentication on Site & Content Rules and Protocol Rules by specifying domain group account for outgoing access. When I use download manager such as Download Accelerator to download program from public ftp, eg. download.com, ftp authentication window pops out to force authention. Download from IE works fine though, and if I force those Rules to apply to LAN IP subnet, it starts back to work. Specifying IP subnet under Rules and domain group account for Outgoing Web access by checking Ask Unauthorized Users for ID also forces ftp authention. On the download manager option, enabling & disabling proxy support with valid domain account including enterprize admin does not fix the problem. What would be the cause of this? Thank you for your answer in advance.
