Hi Bogdan,

Configure the browsers as Web Proxy clients.

Remove all authentication options except for the basic authentication
option.

Disable the HTTP Redirector filter

Remove all anonymous access Site and Content rules

Do not set the "request authentication from unauthenticated users"
checkbox on the Outgoing Web Requests listener

HTH,
Tom

I already done this.

As I said, all users if have username and password.

I create a rule in Site and Content Rule and Protocol Rule about all
users have acces based on IP !

But what I want it is that when the user start browsing on the internet
(after check USE PROXY SERVER) I would like that on the user computer
show a small windows asking about username and password.

I mention than I DO NOT INSTALL ISA CLIENT on the cusstomer machine.
They joust setup USE PROXY SERVER the ISA server.

Are you sure you fully understand ?

To Whome It may Concern

 Dear...... i understand what u r talking abt...... u
want to assign a user name and password to every user
so that no one can use ur net without
authentication....
Well dear u have to set up a domain on 2000 server
By setting up a domain u have to add every user in ur
2000 server active directory and assign a user name
,password and if u want computer name
This is the only way..... then u can authenticate ur
users from ISA access policy by giving access to ur
Active directory users
 Thx
