application filters

Hi there,,
I have a question.,
I believe that the application filter provids an additional security layer in
ISA.
The HTTP redirector filter intercepts ongoing and incoming web requests, if
enabled.
can i configure in such a way, that only outgoing web requests to go through
the web proxy service and
incoming once to come directly to the web server published?
