anonymous in log file

hi all

In log file I see anonymous user ,this user has user IP address 
I thing when users are useing of FireWall users name change to anonym.
and this is effected to report,becouse in report list we see only IP
address for anounimous and we don't have user name for this address
How can I solve this problem ?
