If it's not available as a console snap-in you have to run the ISA setup on
your workstation and only choose the administration tools.  That will
install the ISA admin objects which will connect to your ISA servers.  If at
that point you get Access Denied trying to remotely connect then run
dcomcnfg on the servers.

The correct command is dcomcnfg.
If you get this to work, please email me the instructions for doing the
whole thing. I dont have it as a console plugin i can add.

WinXP pro sp1 and all that jaz.
