adding ISA MMC

I have XP Pro with SP1. I have a MMC with Exchange, WINS, DHCP, AD, etc.. on
it.
I would like to add ISA management as a snap in. When I go to add it, it asks
me where is the server.
I give it the name, it sees the server, but when I click OK, I get an ISA error;
“You do not have the necessary permission to perform this action. Failed to
connect.”
My user name has administrator rights. I can log into the servers and do
anything I want.
Any ideas?
