Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy used in tandem seem to clean out most spyware for me. Both of these are installed products, and both require regularly updated definition files to be effective.

I have had to fix a lot of those.
I use HijackThis, which is just a single executable, no install needed.
It scans your registry and presents you with all the things it thinks
may be taking over.
You can check the ones you want removed, and it takes them out for you.
Sometimes it takes a couple of passes to clean it out.

It also lists MSN, and Google toolbar entries, and proxy settings, etc.,
so you want to be sure to only delete those you know you want gone.

That, in conjunction with AdAware Se (has to be installed though) work
best for me, for fixing peoples private machines.
I've never had that on our network though.
We are all thin clients here.

Good luck

My network in infected with this worm/malware. All my clients IE pages
are changed to a site and changing them back to anything else has no
effect. Is there a way that I block this worm/malware at ISA without
installing any third party software.
