Cerate a protocol definition as:
"RDP Server"
TCP
Inbound
Local port 3389
Remote port any
Use it in a server publishing rule that points to the XP box inside.

Does any one the best way to set up ISA for a connection from an
external XP desktop to an internal XP desktop for Remote Desktop use?

I figured server publishing was best, but ISA only supports publishing a
short list of predefined servers.
