Jason,

How do I perform an 'Internet speed test'.

I am looking at NetMon but it is mostly gobbledy gook to me.

This is all clients that are having a hard time of it.

I would be curious to see the results of an "Internet speed test"
performed at the ISA server and at the client?

You could also get a NetMon session going to compare the packets being
sent over the network between the two computers to see if the client is
doing anything extra.

Hi,

I know this will be a hard question to answer but I will give it a try
anyway.

I can download files from the ISA server at speeds of up to 16kbps. But
from
a PC on the LAN the speed drops to 3kbps.

The conditions on the ISA Server are the same. Same number of users.
Most
are only using for email and only a little of that is coming through.

Both ISA server and other PC are set up as proxy clients.

I followed Jim's article on how to configure the interfaces.

I don't know where to start looking.

TIA

Nathan Simpson
