Windows Update problem on ISA Server.

Hi guys,
I have installed ISA2000 box on w3k server, its been working absolutely
fine. The one issue bothering me is i can't update windows2003 security
patches from microsoft website on ISA Server..It give me error msg "fail
to install" after downloading process finshed.
Any clue? I'm sure there is a simple answer to this so any help would be
appreciated.
