Windows Update Error 16

To the person who posted this error event.
This is not an ISA error. I have a client without an ISA sever (poor soles) and
the servers there get the same alert event. I haven't looked into it as a
problem because in my active directory I specified that only the workstations
were to automatically update. So I've just seen the message as an affirmation
that my settings are working.
Workstations automatically update; servers do not. I'm happy.
