You'll want to watch your ISA logs in each case to see what the client
is requesting.
If it works in a browser, my inclination is to say "HTTP streaming
works, but MMS (or RTSP) streaming fails", but this is pure conjecture
without data.
Only your ISA logs (use live monitoring) or a network capture can tell
us fer shur.

I'm having an issue with Windows Media videos. None are playing when
they externally open outside the web browser. Any video embedded in the
page works fine and pretty quick. Any link that opens windows media
player always says it times out or the server can't be reached. What
ports am I missing opening? I've tested with all outbound ports open and
still get this error.
Take a look at this site: http://www.1dca.org/video.html It's the main
one I have an issue with.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated..thanks,
