There are know proven issues with Windows 98, (which was not designed
for a business network environment,) on a Active Directory domain. They
have a tendency to lose connections, mapped drives, printers installed
on servers and such after time. A reboot of the workstation clears the
problem. It seems that WINS helps a little, but not much.
Are they part of a domain?
If yes, what are the domain controllers, Windows 2000 servers or WINNT
4.0 servers?
The computer on which ISA is installed must be a member of an AD domain
before installing for ISA to be intergrated into the AD schema.
That allows control based on the AD schema, such as groups and users.
