Thanks for posting the results.

Cool! That were it! Thanks. I've never created a routing rule before,
didn't even know they existed.

I've been trying to sign up for an ISA 2000 class, but they keep getting
canceled. I'm going to probably sign up for an ISA 2004 class as soon as
they become available. In any case, I'm way more comfortable with this
thing than I was a month ago. This group has helped me get that way,
along with Tom's books and just playing with it. I think it's an
absolutely fantastic tool!

Yes, you just have to apply a destination set with *.webex.com to a
routing rule and in that routing rule tell it not to cache. I don't
remember having to disable any caching, though, when working with WebEx
and I know it worked just fine through my ISA. That's why I was asking
about Java. I remember at least one of the conferencing systems being
Java based. If that is the case you could also try setting IE to run
Java applets in sandbox mode (ie- it might be a security thing). Might
be a security thing anyway.

Try the cache thing first, though. :)

Actually, the Webex support guy thinks we just have to tell the ISA
server not to cache anything from *.webex.com. Is that do-able?

Thanks,
Rob

Hello again--

Since putting my clients into proxy mode, Webex no longer works. We
never get past the "Session waiting to start" screen.

The Webex guys tell me that it's a cache problem and I need to exclude
the webex site from being cached. Is that right? How do I do that?

Quick searches of the MS KB and the ISA.org site for "webex" turned up
nada.

Thanks,
Rob
