WebCam can not display

Dear All,
Anyone helps me.
I have a problem with my WebCam in MSN 6.1 I am behind my MS ISA 2000
firewall. Ms ISA 2000 has been applied the SP1 already.
The problem is, it says
"MSN Messenger cannot connect you to .... Please try again later. ...stop
viewing webcam with you"
I have allowed the msn rule in my ISA already, that why I can not send file,
chatting.
Do I need any rule?
My webcam is working well.
Your help would be appreciating.
