Web traffic analyzers/reporters

Is anyone using btLogAnalyzer/isaFilter for ISA from Burst Technology?
I'm looking for general feelings about the product; where it's strong
points are, short comings are, etc as compared to other products.

What is the standard for Web Traffic Analysis/Reporting for enterprises?
