I think the client is expecting to get WPAD on port 80. Try to change it
back to port 80 and see if it works.
I realize you likely have a web server (internal to isa machine) on port 80,
as this would be the only reason to change it.
I to have an isa internal WWW server, and would love to use port 80, so if
you figure it out please detail your findings for us.
