Sorry, batch files.  Was looking for something a little more web based so I
could look at it to if he has any questions.  I'd hate to have to buy a copy
of a book myself just for reference material....

I always reference ftp batch files as scripted jobs.... My bad....

There are several books on the subject, but there are vast difference
between batch and Windows script... Any chance you can narrow down the scope
a bit?
