W3PROXY Process Memory Consumption

Hi all. I've just deployed ISA into our production environment, and I'm
seeing that the Web Proxy Service (W3PROXY) process is consuming over
500MB of memory consistently.
Is this normal? Is it dynamically using as much as it can and giving it
back when other processes require it?
Any information based on your experience would be helpful. Thanks!
