Do not take it personally, but this is a good time to remind everyone
that
it is your responsibility to understand active directory and take
appropriate actions in dealing with it. That includes knowing how to
make
backups and taking redundant backups of the AD database on a DC, and not
relying on a 3rd party software to do it all for you blindly.
I suggest you contact ArcServe on what to do. I am not familiar with
that
product, but as far as AD is concerned, I always do NTBackup system
state
backups.
