It's unlikely as:
1. ISA can't publish non-TCP/UDP protocols, so PPTP is blocked
and
2. AH headers die across Windows NAT, so IPSec is blocked

  Hey Guys,

   

  Supposing I want to use a vpn server behind the firewall itself and forgo all 
the lovely vpn wizardry would I, create an inbound protocol rule and then use 
it to publish the server.
