Hi Mustafa A couple of points. 1. If Microsoft tell you that's the way it's done, then I would go along with that, as it is their software. 2. If it doesn't work when you put the fe details in the outlook properties, but works when you put in the be details, then can you not accept that this is how it is supposed to work. 3. What difference does it make, whether the clients know the be server name. 4. You read many docs and could not find official Microsoft doc......well if PSS told you how to do it...then that's official.
