VPN's

I have set up a VPN which is working fine. The problem I am encountering is
that if I reboot the machine the RRAS service comes up fine, but the ISA
services don't start. 

IF I set the RRAS to start manually and start it after the ISA services, it
works fine - is anyone else encountering this problem?
